BaltimoreTech: Building the local tech community

I had the opportunity to work on the redesign of the BaltimoreTech website. BaltimoreTech has a noble mission to empower the local innovation community in the city of Baltimore, Maryland. 

After taking a close look at the previous site and noting feedback from previous stakeholders, I developed a plan for a redesign. My primary goal was to design a site with a strategic focus on operating as a tech-community resource that emphasizes job curation by industry, employer, and employment seeker profiles. In the redesign, I sought to alleviate existing pain points such as data overload, site bugs, and unwanted spam. Also through a Lean UX, user-centered approach, I worked to produce a digital experience that would perform seamlessly across all screen sizes and devices.
